Jay Reynoso is the owner of Just Right Electric. He’s been working in the electrical trade for nearly a decade now. He’s always known all things electricity and loves it. When asked what first inspired him to go into business for himself and how his vision has evolved since day one, he says, “Seeing that I was capable of managing larger scale projects from start to finish, I always figured I could run my own business and get all the other parts figured out. What I really wanted to do was be able to provide opportunities for others. I’d say the only way my vision has changed is that I try to give my people more opportunities and not hold on to every task. It gives people a sense of accountability in the things they’re doing. That’s made me want to be a better leader for the team and for my business.”
